Quality Management System

Ambrafox is committed to focusing its activities on the quality and reliability of products and services, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, staff training, and the company’s image. Processes are adapted to the needs of customers and other stakeholders.

The goal is the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, monitoring indicators and taking corrective actions if necessary. Annually, Ambrafox sets quantifiable objectives, disseminates them to staff, conducts a review, and is also committed to providing adequate resources for the management of the quality system.

Environment Safety Policy

Ambrafox emphasizes the importance of workers’ health and safety and environmental protection. To this end, it commits to preventing accidents, reducing environmental impacts, complying with legal regulations related to the environment and workplace safety, engaging with stakeholders, and continually improving its performance. This policy is reviewed annually with the aim of achieving continuous improvement.

Legality Rating

The Volunteer Organization acknowledges that, following the submission of a specific application for score allocation, the Agency for Trade and Market Guarantees (AGCM), in its meeting on April 30, 2024, has reviewed the application for the assignment of the Legality Rating filed on March 18, 2024.

Based on the statements made, as well as the results of the evaluations carried out, the Authority has decided to award Ambrafox srl (Tax code 02848370967) the Legality Rating with the following score: ★★.

Code of Ethics

Ambrafox has chosen to adopt a Code of Ethics to which partners, workers, and collaborators (hereafter referred to as “recipients”) adhere and are required to guide their actions accordingly.

The Code of Ethics is a compendium of values that the Company profoundly believes in and wishes to base its entrepreneurial choices and actions upon.
The adoption of this Code of Ethics primarily aims to best meet the needs and expectations of the Company’s stakeholders, seeking to recommend and promote a high level of professionalism and to prohibit behaviors that are not only in contrast with regulatory provisions but also with the values that the Company intends to promote.
The Code of Ethics regulates relationships between the Company and its external and internal stakeholders, according to principles of clarity and transparency; it represents the set of principles and values necessary for the proper functioning, reliable management, and good reputation of the Company.
All activities carried out on behalf of the Company and all those who act on its behalf are obliged to know and comply with the provisions contained in this Code of Ethics.
Violation of this Code of Ethics, as well as the organizational management and control model, undermines the Company’s trust in the recipients, and in such a case, Ambrafox has full authority to pursue the transgressor at the disciplinary, civil, and criminal level, in compliance with the procedures set out by this Code of Ethics and the organizational management and control model.

Organizational management and control model

The Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 no. 231/01 introduced the so-called “corporate liability for crimes” into the Italian legal system for crimes committed by executives or workers in the interest or advantage of the company. (Art. 5 Legislative Decree 231/01)
The company is called upon to prevent the risk of these crimes through the adoption of risk management procedures (MOG 231) and an adequate preventative policy.
For these reasons, Ambrafox srl adopted its own Organizational Management Model in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 by resolution of the Board of Directors. 231/2001
